Avesta hit the scene hard with ‘Dutchano’ and then answered  with ‘Arena’. A track with enough prestige to land a spot on Tiesto’s Club Life Volume Two : Miami. Yesterday, Avesta continued his roll through 2012 with the release of ‘Rollin’ on Laidback Luke’s Mixmash Records. ‘Rollin’ is dynamic track loaded with heavy progressive chords and electro synths and LBL influence.

I posted Kaskade’s Coachella live set earlier today and like most of you today was the first time I heard the entire set. Conflicting set times is the worst thing about music festivals and I passed up the American all star for this man, Sub Focus. While Kaskade was dropping Progressive bombs in the Sahara Tent, Sub Focus was busy blowing out his bass. Sub Focus first premiered his vocal Anthem on Mistajam’s Radio 1 way back in January. Until now all we’ve heard is previews and the Laidback Luke remix. ‘Out Of The Blue’ is the debut single from the highly anticipated sophomore album, which is expected to be released sometime this fall. The track features vocals by Alice Gold and Sub Focus’s notorious breakbeat and syncopated percussion.

An infectious and irresistible slice of Drum & Bass.

Bonus Anthem: Before ‘Out Of The Blue’, there was ‘Falling Down’. Get to know London’s legend.

Dada’s back with their monthly mix, bringing you 13 recently released tracks layed out over almost 50 minutes.  For all of those headed to Coachella either this weekend or next, make sure to show Dada some love in the Sahara tent.

Laidback Luke has released a handful of forgettable remixes already this year, but his long awaited cut of the Sub Focus track, ‘Out The Blue’ makes up for all of it. In this remix Laidback Luke meshes the original grind with his own flavor to perfection. The end result is a grungy, Dutch Dubstepping Anthem, that will be heard from now until the end of the year. The official release comes at the end of the month on Mercury Recordings and will feature remixes from Xilent and XXXY.

While we wait the rest of the remix package check out the official video. Potions!

This new Dutch beat from Sandro Silva & Oliver Twizt, was released yeaterday on Mix Mash Records. Sandro Silva has been on point ever since ‘Epic’ when platinum and when Oliver Twizt is absent from the studio he is busy cruising the U.S.A. on Laidback Luke’s Speak Up tour bus. Together they created ‘Gladiator’. A catchy tune with whiny synths, reminiscent of John Dahlback, and a raving bass line!

EDM’s super hero Laidback Luke teamed with NYC’s famed vocalist Wynter Gordon on the release of one of the most anticipated tracks of March. ‘Speak Up’ is a chart topping, high energy anthem that carries a stomping build and suspenseful melody throughout, paired perfectly with Wynter Gordon’s vocals.

Give it up for Mr. Luke!

The official release of ‘Speak Up’ was on March 12th, but the remix package was just released yesterday. It includes remixes from Chris Lake, Mark Knight, Oliver Twizt, and Calvertron & Will Bailey. They all put their own unique stamp on the track to create total bangers. I said massive right?

The official music video for ‘Speak Up’ is weirdly kind of cool. The hero hunter…
