Axtone is back with the answer to Thomas Gold’s Beatport Chart topper ‘Sing 2 Me’. ‘Leave A Light On’ originates from two Axtone veterans, Henrik B and Rudy. Henrik B joined Axwell on the remode of Adrian Lux’s Anthem ‘Teenage Crime’ and Rudy has provided vocal work on Anthems such as; ‘In The Air’, ‘Open Your Heart’, ‘Let It Go’ and the Dirty South Anthem, ‘Phazing’. ‘Leave A Light On’ opens with a strong bass line before rushing into the emotional melody and vocals. The remainder of the track is accompanied by light synths, piano riffs, building tempo and raw bass. ‘Leave A Light On’ will quickly climb to the top of the charts, but can it pass its predecessor ‘Sing 2 Me’?

NO_ID provides the only official remix of the track, retaining the release to the Axtone family. The Dutch duo’s remodel is in line with their establish sound. They replace the piercing keys with aggressive chords, totally drowning the big room vibe that boosts the original. Not a fan of this remix at all, but NO_ID is a duo worth watching in 2012.

Thomas Gold’s new single, ‘Sing 2 Me’ was first heard way back in September during Swedish House Mafia’s Essential Selection Show. ‘Sing 2 Me’ was originally thought to be a collaboration between Gold and Axwell, but has since proven to be a solo production from the German mastermind. ‘Sing 2 Me’ was released Monday on Axtone Records and already holds the 6th spot on Beatport’s Progressive House chart.

Gentle build. Artistic drop. Progressive Anthem.

NO_ID’s identity has been conformed. The Dutch duo has been adopted as Axwell’s new protege. International recognition started with their debut at Cosmic Opera in New York and their addition to team Axtone. With remixes in the making with; David Guetta & Nicky Romero, Thomas Gold and Henrik B. NO_ID is set to have  an amazing year. They already played Miami 5 times throughout Miami Music week and showcased their talent with back to back nights at Swedish House Mafia’s exclusive Masquerade Motel. Their first release ‘Zelda’ has festival Anthem potential.

Hardwell adds his touch to this track with an Edit. Dutch on Dutch!

The support of Swedish House Mafia, a release on Axtone, the Number 1 track on Beatport’s Progressive chart (#3 Overall) and the best remix of Kaskade’s Anthem ‘Room For Happiness’, will take you places. Feenixpawl take on Jurgen Vries’ eerie classic ‘The Theme’.  Their Progressive take on the original fuels the elegant melody and its distinct properties. The release is glowing with the modern progressive sound.

Feenixpawl and Ivan Van Gough is something I could get used to.

Bonus Anthem: I originally heard thisremix on Tiesto’s Club Life. Now Feenixpawl is giving away a package of Anthems on the Facebook Page. Like the Aussie duo for the hook ups.

Axwell and Axtone just released their not so secret weapon. The trio on this release; all Russian. Arty, and Matisse & Sadko have received airtime for their new collaboration ‘Trio’ since the fall and major support from everywhere. Over the past year, Arty has risen to the forefront of the electronic scene, straddling the Big Room and Trance worlds. His single’s ‘Around The World’, ‘Kate’ and collaborations with Mat Zo have all reached Anthem status. ‘Trio’ sounds like an Arty single, however the influence from brothers Matisse & Sadko can be heard. Matisse & Sadko’s last Anthem  was in collab form as well. ‘Legend’ was released alongside Swanky Tunes back in January on Refune Records. The track gained huge support from SHM and remains in the top 50 on Beatports Progressive House chart. ‘Trio’ was officially released yesterday and has already landed the #6 spot on Beatport. With the exception of SVD’s ‘Chasin’, the top six spots belong to; Axtone, Size and Refune.

Lets not forget Arty  climbed over 50 spots in the DJ Mag Top 100 to reach No.25 in 2011.The simplicity and smoothness of ‘Trio’ is what makes it so good.

Bonus Anthem: Prior to ‘Trio’, Matisse & Sadko focused their efforts on a remix of ‘Beating Of My Heart’ by  M-3ox. More big room style that has received support from Axwell and Arty.

Excited to give you the most monumental set of 2011. Last night Swedish House Mafia played a pounding live show to 20,000 raging fans at the world famous Madison Square Garden in NYC. Axwell, Sebastian, and Steve we’re a little uneasy about the prior investment, but all nerves we’re calmed when the show famously sold out in under 10 minutes. Streamed live throughout the night, the set is loaded with classic SHM Anthems, sprinkled with plenty of new tracks to look forward. The production for this event was massive, and December 16th will be a night to remember for the EDM world.
